WORLD DEBUT: As the latest addition to the growing TSL Precision Audio Monitor (PAM) family, the multi-standard, multi-format PAM2-3G16 builds on the success of the TV Technology Star Award winning PAM1-3G8 with advanced features and improved menus.
PAM2-3G16 simplifies monitoring of Dolby E/D or discreet multichannel audio using preset menus and shortcut keys for rapid and intuitive access to critical elements of complex broadcast audio systems. The flexibility offered in terms of user selectable scales, ballistics, range of standard input/output signals supported and the ability to intelligently dissect and monitor any multichannel audio signal structure from mixed mono, stereo and 5.1, make PAM2-3G16 the most advanced and intuitive product in its sector.
Hot on the heels of sister product PAM1-3G8, PAM2-3G16’s 2RU package and large OLED displays are a natural evolution of features and operability. PAM2-3G16 has a total of 10 buttons that can be used to access menus and recall/manage user presets. 16 bargraphs are simultaneously displayed, enabling users to view four groups of embedded audio or eight AES pairs at a glance; and the widescreen video confidence display is of a quality synonymous with OLED technology.
WORLD DEBUT: TSL’s latest addition to its renowned Tally family of products is a completely new and powerful controller and is available now. The TMC-1 is designed for the most demanding applications in complex broadcasting environments where up time must be guaranteed. The unit features all solid state memory, twin Ethernet connectivity, twin hot swappable power supplies, SNMP capability and three user configurable PCI slots.
EUROPEAN DEBUT: Based on the established industry favourite, the TM2, the new TM2-PLUS is aimed at meeting the needs of large OB trucks and other demanding applications that require the security of twin PSUs and built in relay outputs.
WORLD DEBUT: Industry favourite audio monitors have been upgraded to include speakers. Designated the AMU2-2MAS and AMU1- BAS these products have been developed in response to customer feedback. Also of note is that the AMU1-BAS, along with all 106 segment bargraph products, will now include loudness measurement to specification ITU-RBS.1770.
EUROPEAN DEBUT: TSL’s MDU12-PMi is a system and energy management solution that gives users complete control over - and visibility of - equipment racks, no matter how geographically spread their locations. With power measuring plus remotely switchable outputs the MDU12-PMi will play a central role in the conservation of energy in new broadcast installations.
The MDU12-PMi energy management system provides remote Ethernet control and monitoring of 12 individually switched IEC outputs via secure web browser with SNMP and email alarms for fuse fail, power fail, over/under current alarm and power measurement all alongside 16 GPI inputs. It’s sophisticated “Current Sensing” feature monitors the total power consumption or that of individual outlets plus the operating temperature of the rack; providing clear warnings if variables rise above, or fall below, fully programmable limits. A complete energy solution is provided when used in conjunction with the new MDU 2CO for automatic fast switching between main and backup power supplies.
