Chris was given responsibility as Managing Director for TSL Professional Products Ltd. in December 2011 following consultancy/ general manager services he’d been providing for TSL Professional Products since 2006. With his vast experience and success in business and change management for companies within the broadcast and IT sectors, Chris has significantly grown the TSL’s profitability by expanding its R&D, manufacturing, operations, support, sales and marketing teams and developing reseller channels and strategies worldwide. Chris began his career at Quantel as a Design & Development Engineer and prior to joining TSL Chris had held leadership positions in the Semiconductor, Mobile Phone, Consumer Electronics, IT and Software industries.

Martin Dyster - Director, Head of Audio

Martin joined TSL in 1998 as a Broadcast System Engineer specializing in audio and communications design and implementation within wider broadcast projects. Gaining knowledge and developing his skills working on major projects both domestically and overseas, Martin has become an internationally recognized expert in the field of professional and broadcast audio and in recent years has helped to shape the design of TSL Professional Products Ltd. award winning audio products family. Holding the position of Head of Audio, Martin was appointed to the Board of Directors of TSL PPL in July 2012.

Susie Haldar - Marketing Manager

Susie has 14 years’ experience in the broadcast industry. She started her career as sales co-ordinator for Quartz Electronics Ltd. following completion of a BA (Hons) in Journalism. Working her way up to Marketing Communications Manager, Susie developed skills in business marketing and public relations, moving to Miranda Technologies Inc. as Public Relations Executive (worldwide) in 2006. Susie joined TSL as Marketing Manager in January 2012 and is currently responsible for global branding, exhibitions, advertising, DM and public relations for both TSL Systems Integration and TSL Professional Products Ltd.

Tom Marks - Support Engineer

Tom graduated from the University of York with a degree in Electronic Engineering and Music Technology Systems giving him a comfortable knowledge of both analogue electronics and programming in languages like C++ and Objective-C. Tom has a good working knowledge of most commercial audio production processes, particularly recording and mixing, which will aid in related query resolution. After graduating Tom joined TSL PPL as a technical support engineer at the end of July 2012. In this role he deals with customer queries and issues based around the products they have purchased, and works to resolve them as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Daniel Shihata - Support Engineer

Dan Joined TSL PPL in July 2012 following completion of his BEng and Work placement Development in Electronic and electrical engineering. A combination of his degree and work placement in an electronics defence company allowed Dan to develop problem solving skills and understanding of electronic systems. As a technical support engineer at TSL, he aims to assist customers with all technical issues relevant to audio monitoring, power management and tally systems.

Pieter Schillebeeckx - Product Manager

Pieter joined surround microphone specialists, SoundField, in 2000 after having achieved a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hons in Audio System Design at the University of Derby, UK. Over the course of his career at SoundField, Pieter worked his way up to Head of R&D. In September 2012 TSL Professional Products acquired SoundField where he makes a significant contribution to the development of audio workflow solutions.
