Flat Rate Warranty Repair Scheme

As part of the continued improvements to processes and procedures within the TSL Products Division, the company is set to roll out its new Flat Rate Non Warranty repair scheme from 1st August 2008. This new initiative has been designed to speed up the repair process and reduce the amount of administration by both TSL and our customers.

Non warranty repairs will now be graded into a two tier fixed cost system based on the list price of the unit. The repair charge and a returns number will be issued by our sales co-ordinator and the repair will begin as soon as we receive the goods together with a purchase order, quoting the returns number.

Warranty Conditions

1. To arrange repair of your product, contact TSL Sales admin on +44 (0)1628 676260 who will confirm the cost of repair and provide a unique returns number (one returns number per item). All returned product must be clearly marked with this returns number, full return address, contact name and number. This must also be accompanied with a Purchase Order in order for repair work to begin.

2.Flat rate charges for older products will be based on current equivalent list prices.

3.Repairs are warranted for a period of one year.

4.In the event of transit damage, you will be advised immediately. Repair of the unit will be subject to additional cost and we will provide a quotation before repair work commences.

5.If after initial inspection we find the product is beyond economic repair (BER) you will be notified and charged for inspection only at the minimum inspection rate of £90 per hour.

6.Custom, older products and products that have been subject to misuse or received exceptional damage may be subject to additional costs. A separate quotation will be provided in this event.

7.Repair of sub assemblies will be subject to separate quotation.

8.Shipping will be at additional cost.
