David Phillips - Managing Director
David previously was with Thomson Broadcast (Grass Valley), where he was their Managing Director for the UK and also Regional Sales Director for Northern Europe. Prior to that, David held roles at Philips BTS, Panasonic Broadcast Europe, Granada Television and Capital Radio.

Bruce MacGregor - Head of Solutions
Bruce joined TSL straight from college and can truly claim that he started out pushing a broom. Now working within the TSL systems team, he has handled a vast diversity of projects both in the UK and Internationally.

David Gunn - General Manager- Systems
In September of 2007, David was recruited to the key post of General Manager, Systems. David previously managed the ITV News Bureau and BBC Nations playout projects on behalf of TSL.

Mike Grieve - Sales Director
Mike joins TSL from Quantel following a long career in broadcast technology which also included Filmlight and Autodesk. Mike says “This is a great time to join a blue-chip business like TSL. It has the skills and capacity to deliver the biggest projects, at a time when the traditional broadcast industry is rapidly expanding into the multi-platform, content everywhere universe. I am absolutely relishing the challenge of telling the TSL story into new markets and new geographies, as well as cementing relationships in our traditional areas.”

Martin Dyster - Director, Head of Audio
Martin joined TSL in 1998 as a Broadcast System Engineer specializing in audio and communications design and implementation within wider broadcast projects. Gaining knowledge and developing his skills working on major projects both domestically and overseas, Martin has become an internationally recognized expert in the field of professional and broadcast audio and in recent years has helped to shape the design of TSL Professional Products Ltd. award winning audio products family. Holding the position of Head of Audio, Martin was appointed to the Board of Directors of TSL PPL in July 2012.

Tim Williams - Operations Manager
Tim began his career in the broadcast industry with Tekniche in the early 1990's. He then joined TSL as assistant production manager in June of 1996, before undertaking the role of Operations Manager in 2000.

Nick Smith - Project Engineer-Network Specialist
Having gained a degree in Media Technology from Salford University, Nick worked as an Engineer in Professional AV Systems. From here Nick moved into the broadcast industry, joining the TSL Systems team as a Project Engineer.

Andrew Davies - General Manager - TSL Middle East
Based in Dubai, Andrew Davies has been appointed as our systems Business Development Manager for the Middle East region. Previously, Andrew held Project Management positions for Siemens IT solutions & services and BBC technology.

Matt Phelps - Project Manager
Matt joined TSL in 2009, previously having worked in operational and project roles within the BBC, Red Bee Media and Disney. Since joining the company, he has been engaged on a number of different playout, production and studio based projects, and spent a year working in New Zealand for TSL in 2010.

Susie Haldar - Marketing Manager
Susie has 14 years’ experience in the broadcast industry. She started her career as sales co-ordinator for Quartz Electronics Ltd. following completion of a BA (Hons) in Journalism. Working her way up to Marketing Communications Manager, Susie developed skills in business marketing and public relations, moving to Miranda Technologies Inc. as Public Relations Executive (worldwide) in 2006. Susie joined TSL as Marketing Manager in January 2012 and is currently responsible for global branding, exhibitions, advertising, DM and public relations for both TSL Systems Integration and TSL Professional Products Ltd.

Steve Moore - Installation Manager
Steve began his working career as an apprentice at Link Electronics, then moved to the maintenance department of Quantel. He joined TSL in 1992 and has worked on nearly every major project from ABC to TVNZ. As Installation Manager, Steve’s role includes quality assurance, pricing and planning of resources for individual projects thus ensuring that all TSL projects meet their deadlines once on site.

John Wigglesworth - General manager - TSL Asia Pacific
John was head of production and post-production at Star TV in Hong Kong from its launch in 1991 before taking on a key role at Ascent Media Singapore in 1995 when they constructed the largest outsource creative services facility in South East Asia. In 2004 he established his own consultancy, advising international clients such as Technicolor and Red Bee Media on their broadcast and digital media strategies in the region. John knows the regional market well and has significant experience translating the commercial and creative aspirations of broadcasters and content distributors into practical technology solutions.
